Why not? It's time that the hard fist of the law came down hard on all those marxists, pissers, defecators, anti-american, scum, idiots, spoiled brats, vermin, commies, anarchists, cry-babies...
how many more names can you think of for the OWS?
By that rationale, the city could just make a law that prevents signs, petitions, megaphones (they already do) and standing in a park or on a sidewalk for more than 30 seconds. Then they could just arrest anyone for "breaking the law", no questions asked, right?
That slippery slope doesn't exist in this case. No one so far on this thread has truly suggesting limiting free speech.
These people who don't dislike this kind of ruling, that was made before the judge knew that the rules had been changed by the owners must all support the rights of the protesters to overcome ownership through 'squatters rights". I would say that the judge and her supporters here don't really consider ownership being something can't change from using "squatters' rights".

I just call them Nazi sympathizers and call it a day.
The judge is friendly to the NLG which is why she was woken up in the middle of the night and from what I understand she has already been tossed off the case. There are 2 Supreme Court precedents at play here when it comes to camping/providing a place for free speech so any judge who sides with the occupiers will probably be overturned shortly.
