The OWS doesn't have to get co-opted by the establishment, it's already been hijacked by the criminally ignorant.
MSM would like you to think that. Keep watching the sheeple news on TV.

That's not a protest (from Protest | Define Protest at Dictionary.com):

pro·test

   /n. ˈproʊtɛst; v. prəˈtɛst, ˈproʊtɛst/ Show Spelled[n. proh-test; v. pruh-test, proh-test] Show IPA

noun 1. an expression or declaration of objection, disapproval, or dissent, often in opposition to something a person is powerless to prevent or avoid: a protest against increased taxation.

That's terrorism (from Terrorism | Define Terrorism at Dictionary.com) :

ter·ror·ism

   /ˈtɛrəˌrɪzəm/ Show Spelled[ter-uh-riz-uhm] Show IPA

noun 1. the use of violence and threats to intimidate or coerce, especially for political purposes.

2. the state of fear and submission produced by terrorism or terrorization.

3. a terroristic method of governing or of resisting a government.

Voicing you opinion is fine, but disrupting other people's lives (who have nothing to do with the object of your "protest" anyways) is wrong...that is terrorism.

This has nothing to do with the media, I'm going 100% by what OWS supporters like yourself have posted.

How is protesting and shutting down a NY subway going to help end the fed?

So it's ok to disrupt the lives of those who are just working members of the community in order to get your message out?

That's a good one. Please let us know when OWS backed candidates get elected to Congress. Thanks.

No tents? Excellent. I can't wait to watch them from the comfort of my home when the temps hit single digits with below zero wind chills. A little wet snow should be fun as well.

And many of those people you're calling "sheep" already are awake and know what's going on but they still need to get to work to support their families and feed their kids.

When will the OWS idiots become aware to the fact that they lose support when they negatively affect the lives of people who might otherwise support them?
