Wow, what a dishonest setup by the interviewer...These guys want ALL the wealthy to pay higher taxes, and are smart enough to know that a couple of thousand from each of them will not help...The hypocrite is the one holding the mic.

Dishonest? They want to pay more taxes. She showed em where to send the money and they all wanted to run for the door faster than Car Lewis in the 200. You defend them? What kind of insanity pills are you taking?

Aparently you find this complex. I'll write s-l-o-w-l-y so you can follow along.

These guys feel there is a structural problem with the US tax code. They're advocating for an increase in tax rates on the top 1% (those making more than $350k per year).

They understand that a couple thousand bucks from one geezer, ten geezers or a thousand geezers would be pointless. They don't want to throw their money away, they want to fix the problem.

The "reporter" (and left-wingers in general) don't seem to grasp this basic financial concept. Perhaps that's why so many of them Occupy Wall Street and not jobs.

I'm just sayin'

Which is what I've been saying now in various threads.

ALL TALK. When it comes time to belly up.."Oh no".
Well their talk of higher taxes can only mean they want higher taxes on us but not them.

Fine, so while they visit and ask for higher taxes they can, at the same time, put their money where their mouth is.
