I'm pretty sure this is going to be something that the women are mostly going to have to deal with, not the men. I doubt you'll EVER see a lesbian cross dresser walking into the men's room. Women, gay or straight, have more sense than to do something which would compromise their safety.
It actually happens all the time, although men tend to pay very little attention to each other in the bathroom, or so I am told. And yes, I have first hand knowledge that it happens.
California passed a similar bill recently. It's not like this is a new bill.
It will mostly affect women's bathrooms. Men aren't going to be raped by a female to male tranny but if I had a daughter I sure as hell want her to have to share bathrooms with these sort of perverts.
