Congress Blames The Executive Branch for Failure of Congress To Act? (parties, vote)

Is it just my reading incomprehension, or is the current Congressional line that the Executive branch has failed to "lead" Congress in its super committee function a joke?

Some Congressional members (if not all), might want to study the separation of powers stuff before pointing fingers. A pox on all parties and both the Senate and House is my vote. This is getting beyond the typical political comedy, it is a farce.
