I don't want to hurt your feelings but I think that the most heavily left leaning state in the country is probably New Jersey. An old Army buddy who lives in a central part of New Jersey says he sees so few non-Democrats in a day that he is afraid to talk about politics except in his daily columns in the local news paper.
I always make sure I watch Face the Nation and then Fox News Sunday in order to get the heavy left lean from Schieffer and the good job done by the people at Fox. Yes, if they are discussing anything there is at least one lefty and one of the other kind. I just don't see the kind of thing that so many of you lefties claim they don't do. When they have their panel talk they have two strong right handers, Juan Williams who is a strong Democrat and some female who leans a bit left.
I am sure that those who wrote against Fox here don't watch that show or they would have to keep their mouths shut.

The two reviewed academic research papers in the OP already said that though, so you are being redundant.
