The company operates in central europe, its organized as a holidng company in the netherlands, its headquartered in Bermuda, and the sale proceeds are routed through two Cayman island holding companies...oh and then he off-sets the sale with a "charitable" purchase and donation of a $135 million dollar piece of art.
