So you are against 0bamaCare?

The trouble is that libs think all power should be in the hands of the federal government, and to hell with the states.

You would like to think so... that doesn't make it true. Conformity to an idea or an establishment defines conservatism. Progressivism is the opposite of it. And thank you for making my point through examples. "Their lifestyle" ends up being "your problem". Why? Because, you want everybody else to conform to your whims.

And Obama is an extreme control freak. He has done nothing in 3 years to advance freedom for Americans even though that was a big part of his campaign teleprompter message.
And back to Obama you must go. Well, get a life. There is more to it than carrying an agenda against the President of the USA. You might still get away with it, if you didn't demonstrate having the qualities of a control freak. It is what makes you a "conservative".

Oh yeah, y'all are only capable of giving Obama the credit to put teleprompter or written message to use. It doesn't surprise me, at all!

I'm a liberal and do not believe that. Thus, I assume other liberals feel the same negating the assertion.

There is evidence that the opposite is true; that conservatives want to empower the federal government, and to hell with the states.:

Congress Passes Schiavo Measure
Bush Signs Bill Giving U.S. Courts Jurisdiction In Case of Fla. Woman

By Charles Babington and Mike Allen
Washington Post Staff Writers
Monday, March 21, 2005; Page A01

Congress gave jurisdiction over a brain-damaged Florida woman's case to federal courts early today, an extraordinary legislative move that could empower a U.S. judge to order the reinsertion of a feeding tube that a state court allowed to be removed Friday.

Voting 203 to 58 at 12:42 a.m., the House joined the Senate in approving the measure and rushing it to President Bush. He signed the bill into law at 1:11 a.m
...
The legislation will put a federal court in direct conflict with Florida courts, Senate aides acknowledged, a move subject to possible legal challenges whose duration and outcome is hard to predict. Republicans have urged the Florida legislature to overcome its impasse on the issue and try to override the state court's rulings, which could make federal intervention unneeded.

Indeed. In fact, since Wapasha brought up Obama Care, they ought to know that the conservative plan is to force ALL states into Tort Reform (deform for the general populace) when today they are free to institute the plan as they want. And that while pushing a falsehood that Obama Care is a federal takeover when in fact, it allows states to come up with their own plans to meet or beat what is outlined by the Federal government.
