That is a really interesting way to make an argument.

If you don't believe my argument then you can go out and research that claim yourself instead of remaining ignorant.

Is this because the only way anyone would buy this crap is from a form of crank magnetism?
The title of the thread was "Agenda 21 for dummies". I guess someone trying to help out certain folks who are in that category is frowned upon by the same the thread is trying to help out. What a shock.

I don't like the sound of these two, but couldn't find where in Agenda 21 text it said that was the goal.

Here is the section on youth: http://www.un.org/esa/dsd/agenda21/res_agenda21_25.shtml (broken link)

Here is the whole shebang: DSD :: Resources - Publications - Core Publications

Could you help me out by showing where they are proposing the elimination of private property and mandatory national service? I can read either English or Chinese version so whichever is a better reference is fine. I enjoy owning private property so that would alarm me.

The UN isn't mandating anybody to do anything. The powers that be agree with this nonsense. Remain blind blathering your "This is the US not the UN" rants.

I guess Dow Chemical would be one of those entities trying to abolish private property, eh?

You spelled it out. I won't click on your links though since I'll need a summation in your own words per the new rules implemented in this thread.

Check with ICLEI. Yu think something this broad of scope will happen overnight? Of course you think that nothing the UN does has any ramification on the US too so who knows what goes through your mind.

It will be fun to research this UN 21 thing. Like the UN "Rights of the Child" I don't doubt the validity of this. Dig this link of Democrats against the thing.

DEMOCRATS* AGAINST* U. N.* AGENDA* 21 - OK, So what is Agenda 21? And why should I care? Part 1

Hmm, look at the very first line about Agenda 21 here, at what sounds like a tree-hugger site, so they like the thing, I bet. Isn't the wording of this first line the same phrase BO used in his Executive Order that many are saying is part of Agenda 21 in a "covert" fashion? I think so..must look back at that thing's title, etc.

We are a sovereign nation and do not need to be signing on to the "Rights of the Child" "treaty" or any such campaigns of the UN. No way~
