Good! Too bad they aren't gonna lock him up for good.
lol...the article mentions "Far right National Socialist Underground". Far right socialists huh?
Totalitarian organizations aren't much known for truth-in-advertising. For example, few of us are foolish enough to believe that East Germany was democratic, though it styled itself as the "German Democratic Republic". Back to the Nazi Party, Point #24 in its 25-point platform guaranteed religious freedom in Germany. Hopefully, most people will recognize that X isn't true about the Nazi Party simply because the Nazi Party claims X to be so about itself.
Although the Nazis ( National Socialists ) combined traditional rightwing nationalism with newcoming ( at that time ) socialism, the reality was a Centrally Planned Economy ( CPE),with token private ownership...
In reality ,a "Soviet Union ,with the Nazis in the place of Soviets ( =commissioners ,in russian language...) & Hitler in place of Stalin...
You just won't give it up will ya???? You are so wrong you couldn't be wronger if you tried. If what you are saying is in fact the truth then How would it have been possible for Germany under the Nazis to attract capital from big business from all over the world???????
A lot of that capital was raised on Wall street and American concerns invested heavily in Nazi Germany.
How much capital did Stalin raise on wall street? He raised ZERO $$$ from the Capitalists because he was a Socialist.
I guess you are not convinced but all of the big money men of the time were pretty sure about German Nazi capitalism.
The family of one of your more well known right wing Americans were especially big investors in Nazi Germany. The BUSH family, Ya ever hear of them?

No big surprise that the Germans continue their pogrom against free speech (along with the Canadians, the U.S., and damn near every other country), and try to shut down such dialogue by labeling it as "hate speech." As if invocation of that phrase in and of itself somehow implies that everyone must accept the premise that the broad label of "hate speech" (as totally distinct from incitement which is an entirely separate issue) should not enjoy the same protections that other forms of very unpopular speech that upsets peoples feelings.
I doubt I even have to read through every comment in the thread to guess that with a high degree of probability, certain people will once again try to conflate merely holding and expressing an opinion on who one says people should like or dislike, or expressing alternative views of history, with inciting and encouraging physical harm against them.
Nevermind the Brandenburg test (the fact that Germany doesn't follow our case law is completely beside the point - they nonetheless do apply their own legal rationalizations - which unfortunately appear to be a century behind the U.S. Feel free to paint it as a forward-thinking doctrine if you inclined to want to spin it that way) which has a relatively high threshold in differentiating between the two, which is why such speech is broadly protected in this country; such speech doesn't even meet the muster of being harmful under the older and [much] more restrictive speech doctrines which had a much lower threshold because they did not require as rigid a nexus between the act of speech and an act of physical harm.

I used to live in Germany and I remember the neo-Nazis being very prominent. I was harassed by them a few times but some were surprisingly friendly towards me. At that time (early 90s) they seemed to really be focused on hating the Turks, so I guess I wasn't on their radar.
Regardless of Duke...the South was Right. Obama is the proof. No 14th Amendment no Obama. No affirmative action no Harvard and Columbia.
How in the hell can there be a President who attained graduation with the assistance of government programs.
Duke cannot destroy America. Obama can and will. The media puts out stories on Duke to distract the failings of the Marxist, spurious born Obama.
I tell you this..heed my words..Mr. Obama is evil. Duke is merely a misguided racist. Obama is a bigger threat to America's survival than a nobody named Duke.
