Yup, commence alternating posts between news articles of attacks and people who had/have one that was the friendliest dog ever.

Jeebus, between fishing pieces of someone's face from a pitbull's gullet, Ukranians setting stray dogs on fire, and Pepsi using aborted embryo kidneys as flavour enhancers, CD's making me feel like I've woken up inside a sequel to Eraserhead.

People need to go for training and get a license and register these dogs like firearms. Otherwise ban the breed. I'm tired of reading about these attacks.

Because Labradors are far less vicious and dangerous than Pitbulls. Labradors could have the same number of attack incidents that Pitbulls have (which they don't), but it is still such a different issue because the bottom line is that labradors do not have the degree of killing capability that Pitbulls do. And what the hell is a scared child supposed to do when a dog is running right at it?! Of course they are going to run away!

I just think its absolutely stupid to compare a Pitbull to a damn Labrador. What a stupid and desperate comparison.

I just think all Pitbulls should be put down. I don't care how nice some of them are. I recently met a very nice Pitbull that one of my contractors owns. I even let it in my house and played with him. But I don't care how nice my contractors dog was. If the dog wanted to, it could have ripped off my arm with that huge jaw it had. The potential is there, and that is what needs to be abolished.

All pit bulls that I've known have been vicious and have had histories of attacking animals.

While it's quite possible that your dog is an exception to the rule, I'd rather err on the side of caution and cross the street.

One of you crazies sent me this "That disgusts me. People like your brother-in-law are part of the problem. What happened to the teddybears after they decided to discard them from their family? Unfathomable."

I don't know how to find out who it was who sent this.

I'm pretty sure they found homes for them, I haven't spent a lot of time worrying about it. I care more about their children being safe.

Maybe you can post up the Lab equivalent of this site.
Pitbull Attacks, Maulings, and Killings (http://pit-bulls.christianfunfair.org/attacks.htm - broken link)

He was such a nice dog till he went nuts and ate the baby (Sarcasm)
