You do know that they might be writing off losses of the past years against this years gains (allowed by law)meaning they own no taxes because over the last few years combined they could have been income neutral or worse. #1 Reagan made a deal to raise taxes with Democrats if they agreed to cut so many dollars of spending for each dollar of new tax brought in.
#2 Deal for the new tax came in and for every dollar of new tax, the Democrats INCREASED spending by three or more dollars instead of cutting ANY spending at all.
That was a Democrat majority that did that, not Reagan.

RCCB...you will find that pointing out facts to people like the one you are trying to school in your reply, is a waste of time. You can lead a horse to water but you cannot make him drink...and when you encounter a creature such as this one who obviously does not have the capacity to see the truth OR even think for himself in a logical way, then it is best to not bother wasting time on it.
Maybe take a few pictures of it before moving on because it is truly an oddity. Such creatures are actually GIVEN the tools to learn and understand, but there are a percentage that simply do not employ those gifts... and after time, they disappear.
