I just saw this list and couldn't help getting help from liberals in debunking some or all of them. It may be very interesting seeing them attack the messenger, either me or the source without saying anything toward the debunking. Did I spell that favorite word of liberals right?
Some aren't really contradiction. Libs are pro education, but anti school choice, because they only want one option where they can indoctrinate everyone into liberalism and liberal ideas. They are actually pretty smart.

I think I would have to agree with you about why they want to maintain public schools where they do their indoctrination of our children.
I will preface this by saying I'm not a democrat, nor am I a republican. I am independent - I don't blindly follow any political party. However, I realize that to hard-core republicans, if you disagree with anything on their agenda, you're automatically labeled a liberal.
1. This is one of the most infuriating misstatements I see - labeling people who are pro-choice as "pro-abortion". I don't know of a single person who promotes the killing of children. I do believe that women have the right to choose whether or not to bring a group of cells that is not yet a fetus to term and give birth. As for the death penalty, as it's been stated by others, I'm not against the death penalty. I'm against killing the wrong man. When it's 100% certain that the person is guilty, then yes, it's appropriate. However, in light of all the recent cases where wrongly convicted people have been exonerated, it would be a tragedy if an innocent man were to be executed.
2. Too many people confuse socialism with communism. I'm not against capitalism, but I am against mega corporations monopolizing markets. I'm also against mega corporations freely outsourcing jobs to other countries, while making huge profits here and not paying taxes on them. I'm especially against those mega corporations that actually receive tax rebates while not paying a dime in taxes. Cutting taxes for the mega-rich does not create jobs. The money is distributed to stockholders. Besides, many of their employees are located overseas. They would rather pay third-world wages and pocket the profit than move jobs back to the U.S.
3. I don't see how anyone can say that a non-Muslim US citizen is promoting Sharia law. Someone has been drinking too much bongwater. As for a "homosexual agenda", the only "agenda" I know of is their fight for equal treatment. Not special treatment, just equal treatment.
4. Yes, I believe in evolution. I was also raised in a Christian household, and my father was a member of clergy. He also believed in evolution. Evolution and Christianity do not have to be mutually exclusive. I never had a problem reconciling the two as I was growing up. My thought was that God's plan was for species to evolve. As far as protecting the ecosystem, the killing of the ecosystem is not something that God designed - it's something that humans are doing. All of the poisons we release into the environment cannot be denied. Being a good steward of the environment (as the author of this article claims to be) requires protection, not domination, of it.
5. I believe in the separation of church and state. This means that no government entity should be promoting one religion over another. This does not make me anti-Christian; I simply want our country to remain a democracy, rather than become a theocracy. I had to laugh at this statement by the author: "Isn’t it ironic that Christianity is the only religion that tolerates others?" It's been my experience that most fundamentalist Christians are very intolerant of those who do not hold the same beliefs they do.
6. There's nothing wrong with home-schooling or sending your children to private schools. However, where does that leave those who cannot afford private schools, or must work full-time, thereby not allowing them to home school their children? It is vital that all children have access to education. Public schools are already woefully lacking in funding. Many teachers have to pay for supplies out of their own pockets. Another problem with public schools is that they are spending too much time on administrative issues and standardized testing. They need to get back to basics, and the adults need to leave politics out of the schools.
As far as "brainwashing" them to be atheists and socialists - that's such a ludicrous statement. Religious instruction needs to be done in the home and/or at church (remember, Sunday school?). And turning children into socialists? Do you mean teaching children to be kind to others? That's hardly socialist. If I recall correctly, Christianity is supposed to be about loving thy neighbor.
It seems that far to many people fail to practice the Golden Rule. As far as hate goes, liberals do not have a monopoly on that. There is far too much hate being spread by BOTH parties. Instead of the Us vs. Them mentality, all people, regardless of party affiliation, need to learn how to work together to fix the problems we face today, rather than just sitting back and pointing fingers.
I realize that this is probably just a monumental waste of my time. It seems that far too many people are ingrained in their indoctrination in the belief that all people who disagree with them are evil, and enjoy liberal bashing way too much to see the hypocrisy in the statement that liberals promote hate, while they are spewing hate as well.
