I'm not sure what the laws are regarding notification in the USA. I know they are more strict than 20 year ago. I do know there are recent cases where people have been prosecuted for this, however, I am not sure what the charges were

I know that people have been charged with attempted murder of a police officer because they have thrown their own blood on them.

I'm sorry you were married to such a low life. Its one thing if you didn't know you were positive, but to know, that awful.

I'm fairly certain that where they do, they still have to pay for prescriptions.

Wow. Unbelievable.

A husband whose wife failed to tell him she had AIDS before they wed has lost his bid to have the marriage annulled.
In a landmark case, the Family Court of Australia said the wife's failure to inform him of her condition did not negate the husband's consent to marriage.
The court heard that the wife was in her 30s when she was diagnosed with AIDS in 2006. And the husband, who is in his 50s, said he would never have married her if he'd known about her condition.
Liberalism, a cancer upon humanity.

My vote goes to this, for the most idiotic, politicially motivated post of the day.

Would you have the equal amount of outrage if the situation were reversed?

We have both Private and Public (Universal) healthcare. How much we pay for prescriptions, depends on whether a drug comes under the Phamaceutical Benefit Scheme or not.
