Someone needs to tell these people that the first ammendment does not allow them to break the law.

There does not appear to be any illegal behavior talked about in this article.

However there may be some in the future. Unfortunately the current situation in the US is practically begging the rise of violent extremism of some form in America's future. I think it was Kennedy who said those who make peaceful change impossible make violent change inevitable - I sense before the current crisis in the US is over (if indeed it ever is over) there will, unfortunately, be blood spilled. I don't know who'll spill it first but all the elements are there for it to occur.

I tend to agree and hope we are both very wrong. It won't be a single isolated incident either.. I am afraid we are in for a rough ride.

Professional Protesters, communists, anarchists, and other populations that DO NOT represent 99% of America, don't actually get anything accomplished. At this point, Occupy is a burden more than it is a benefit. Taxpayers are footing the bill while not one single cogent message or action can be identified.

They're "occupying" or squatting in foreclosed homes, that's illegal.

If they occupy in East New York, they're going to learn a harsh lesson in forced income redistribution.

Commies don't believe in private property. Unless it's their cellphone or ipad!

Why don't you tell that to Rosa Parks? Or Martin Luther King Jr?

Both who participated in acts of civil disobedience?

The first amendment of the constitution of the country that was founded by people who protested and broke plenty of laws. The Boston Tea Party wasn't legal. You might want to re-think what you're complaining about here.
