This thread and it's OP is ridiculous. I would rather my daughter marry the person she loves, whomever.
I would prefer to live next to a good neighbor, whoever they may be. Whether they are black, white, asian, indian, etc etc etc, I don't care. I care about the person they are, and not what YOU think they are.

But I agree, this is a ridiculous question... the only people who'd vote "racist" are probably racists themselves, so the poll should just read "are you a racist: yes or no?"

It depends. If the white racist doesn't bother anyone, and the hypothetical black man is a total bastard, then of course I would rather live next to the racist white.
