I'm going to take a guess, money, and probably lots ond lots of it, probably more than he would make in years as a soldier. Let's ban money!!!

Another source but from Mexico news:

TRES ESCORIAS MENOS (http://juarez.lapolaka.com/index.php/component/flexicontent/item/14802 - broken link)

Uno de los detenidos, Gilberto Manuel, es soldado activo del U.S. ARMY, según informaron las autoridades.
Makes me wonder a hell of a lot. Seems our lovely media picks and chooses, what is to be news, and what is not.
Why no reporting, seems the media only tells us what they choose for us to know, guess they feel that we do not get news any other way, but from them.

Yeah and i still do not trust this administration with the whole Fast and Furious program. Not on your life. Something very wrong there, and do not tell me, that Obama and his whacky administration, knew not of this.

Make excuses all you want, things have come to light.

When I read so many of the posts on this forum I realize that many, many of you are not worth one drop of the blood our soldiers spill to protect you. You all should be ashamed.

People are willing to use and exploit soldiers to further their own political agenda.

Indeed.

The rot from the war on drugs corrupts every institution that it is in contact with.

Legalization is the only solution.

American drug addiction has ruined Mexico and also plenty of American lives.
We'd be most fortunate if drug users would all drop dead so they get the full dose of the problems they cause rather than inflicting other people.

You don't legalize bad things to make them go away.

This soldier didn't spill any blood to protect anyone. He's a lowlife-cartel criminal. How did he get recrutied to our military?
