It's clear as can be he did. Bill even admitted it on his show he attacked him as he "felt threatened" because he was "armed with a cell phone camera"
Only a complete moron would watch that video and think that Bill didn't attack the guy with the camera.
I saw the Factor last night. He didn't admit he "attacked" the guy. He said he "defended" himself from an unknown assailant. The guy with the camera ran up on Bill shouting things at NIGHT and didn't identified himself until he was in Bill's face.

You classify this an attack? A drift of wind could have done more damage. For something to classify as an attack there needs to be some actual harm done....

I watched the video. Being asked a question 3x shouldn't be received as a threat. The question was fairly politely asked. Perhaps Mr. O'Reilly needs a bodyguard to protect him from being spoken to on the street? All he had to do was say "No" - which was the truth.

RT news is a very fair source, though search youtube and you'll find the same video from numerous other sources or just look at the link I posted on the last page. It has an interview with the man being attacked with the video he recorded itself.
