I'd love to hear what the 75% would propose as a solution, I suspect most of them wouldn't have a clue, and the combined "ideas" would be an unworkable polarized mess - like our electorate. We get what we deserve...
The "electorate" would have the country in total chaos in less than 30 days.

Yes, he has.

I think salvation for the US rests with a return to Constitutional basics.

That would mean firing about 2 Million federal employees, transitioning the federal give-away programs to the several States, and such.

You can cut $1.5 TRILLION from the budget and cause a major recession, or you can cut $1.5 TRILLION from the budget and cause a minor recession or you can cut $1.5 TRILLION from the budget and do no harm to the economy. It all depends on which $1.5 TRILLION you cut.

I don't have any confidence that they will cut the "right" spending.

The current path the US is heading down is fraught with problems, and unless everyone is willing to give up something, it will not change.

What did LBJ say? If I've lost CBS, I've lost the election?

I'm not sure what direction we are ever headed in but as to Rikoshapri

This guy has been caught totally lying . He claimed on the thread that Obama had bad grades in college so I looked it up

magna *** Laude means top 10% of Harvard Law and he had just under 3.3 in undergrad. I'm not a fan of Obama, there are specific things he did such as send Eric Holder into California on a state campaign but INTEGRITY is important and Rikoshapri has NONE.
