Just out of curiosity...how are Christmas Trees accepted in Saudi, Egypt, Iran, Jordan, Iraq or any other middle eastern country? Or is this simply another post to attack Israel?
A lot more used to, than they do now. And especially if you happen to be a Palestinian. I'm pretty sure the number is shrinking, likely by design.

Is this attempted deflection, to attack Islam/"other middle eastern countries", your best defense for Israel?
This is a tough one for the FoxNews crowd. Who to defend? Israel or Christmas?
How about this: something that happens in a different, sovereign nation is none of anyone's business here in America, up to and including Fox News and their devotees. It doesn't make any difference if you're talking about Israel, Mexico, or even Laos. (If people in any of those countries express their opinions on something that happens in the United States, do we suddenly conform to their expectations?)
Makes america look better, wow...I guess I take my freedom to own a tree for granted...and we shoudnt be giving any country billions of dollars when we are going broke in america...just my opinion!
Trees are used by everyone, I personally love trees, not a real one in my home of course...but a tree decorated with lights outside is so uplifting for people no matter what you believe in or don't. I am wondering however if this is to protect people over, from being a target however, the lights can be seen from outside...I am wondering if this has more to do with the war going on?
Why do you call people who want a xmas tree a right wing crazy? Do you know these people personally?
You don't get it do you. It is a right wing crazy paradox. It is not about Christmas trees, but rather a story where two talking points of the far right, blind support for Israel and The War On Christmas, are at odds with each other. Thus why it is a crazy right wing paradox.

In pre-invasion Iraq, Saddam Hussein broadcast Christmas messages to his people.
Not sure how they are doing under the pro-Iran regime we installed, but probably not too well.
