~ Ron Paul calls for criminal charges against Holder.

Could it be because he wants to pander for votes that he did this?
Could it be the man has a 30 year record of doing the morally correct thing regardless of what his corrupt peers think?

Could it be because both Holder and obama are into this up to their eyeballs and both should be in jail?? obama is protecting Holder because they are both guilty. Once it gets too hot, obama will throw Holder under the bus to save his own miserable azz. It won't work, obama is DONE....

Bottom line is this is a cheap political stunt by Ron Paul which shows he's just as two faced as all the other politicians...

You did bring the misinformed poll diversion, up. Battle away.

I don't see how 2 faced, comes from honesty.
It is more like, which one is not like the others?

What other candidate has called for these actions on Holder?

If it were up to my interpretation of the US Constitution, Holder would be hung by the neck for treason, and not on this charge alone.

Knowingly selling a firearm to someone unable to purchase it legally, is a federal felony. A "strawman sale" (where a firearm is sold to someone able to buy, for someone that is not legal to buy one) is also a federal felony. I believe (pls correct me if I'm wrong) that these are punishable with a 5 year sentence for each sale. Gunshop owners who have made such sales are rotting in jail.

Yes, Holder, and anyone else in Justice or F-troop need to be prosecuted for these crimes, and sentenced the same as any other person would be. Just because you're part of Obama's inner circle, you are not above the law.
