The Federal court in Columbia issued a decision today that protestors pitching tents are, in fact, expressing Free Speech as provided for in the Constitution. The ruling was couched in 1st Amendment terms. It will have far-reaching implications for other Occupy encampments around the country. Nikki Haley has finally served a purpose after all - her ill-considered actions in attempting to squelch Free Speech have totally backfired on her and will be the reason that Occupy encampments around the country will no longer be targets for harrassment by jack-booted goon squad police.

“Because the First Amendment’s free speech issues are involved, however, any rules would have to be strictly limited and applied equitably.”

How are you supposed to rape someone if you don't pitch a tent first?

OK so pitching tents is a form of free speech. How does that make it legal to just pitch a tent anywhere any time you please?

It's simply pathetic that you would even put that in print. What are you... 12?

Police will continue to boot (used your word) the OWS squatters and arrest them if they do not comply. Some SC liberal judge is not going to rule the country.

Nice try.
