Thats something I never agreed with. Those folks paid into , it should be theirs. If they want to continue to work to liove a better life in their golden yrs, that option should be open to them.
I'm aware that Social Security above a certain income level is taxable (of which I disapprove), but I've never heard of any prohibition on recipients earning additional income.

They can report this to the Department of Economic Security. They have the person's name, address and probably a social security number. It is a VIOLATION of the terms and conditions of collected UI, at least in Missouri it is.
