As we all know "bomb, bomb iran" McCain is another pro-war republican, and given the recent predator drone that went down in Iran, do you think if he were president, McCain and the GOP would make up a huge propaganda campaign like with Iraq to go to war with Iran?

Who cares what grandpa would have done. He got a crushed by Obama in the election. He should count his losses and move into a retirement home.
I'm not a mind reader... Don't know what the old guy would have done. In younger years, I don't think he would have agreed to any such nonsense. However, with increased age he seemed to lose his grip on reality a bit - or perhaps, his advisors were just absolutely horrid.
that is not so. he would have started B52 runs right after being sworn in. that is why i backed obama. of course 3 years later, the bobsy twins; bush and obama, did the same--- 6 trillion more of debt and more unprovoked invasions.
If McCain had been elected, the media would be on full-court press about his adminstration's failures.
Since, as one dimwit above reminded us, Obama was elcted, there is a deafening silence from the lords of the press, lest the Anointed One feel some sort of distress at his own ignorance, vapidity and gross incompetence.
Well, it looks like I'm the only one who, so far, has voted "maybe."
I voted that way because it is really hard to say; it is just speculation on anyone's part, really. I think most, if not all, of McCain's criticism of anything President Obama does or how he handles anything is just sour grapes on McCain's part - he's still pouting because he lost three years ago.
But.....for someone who has such a horrific personal story (POW), he does seem awful intent on WAR. I would think that anyone with his history would have a particular aversion to war.
I do believe we dodged a HUGE bullet by not having him (and that crazy half-term Alaskan governor) anywhere near the White House.
No, he'd use their nuclear ambitions as reason to invade.
