Yep here we have identical twins but one just happens to have been brainwashed and fed female hormones at a young age to try and convince us all how this should be looked upon as normal in this country that was once the USA.

And as we all know, life's most important decisions should be made by nine-year-olds.
Of course the better solution is to let adults that have never experienced being transgender make the decision for those who are transgender.
And of course, most nine year olds don't know their gender identity. That's why most 9-year-olds still mix up "he" and "she" and totally don't think boy/girls have cooties, etc.
Do we really care what countries castrate males and turn them into oddities?
My point is to the OP, is that transsexuality is hardly a "U.S. liberal war" thing. Transsexuality happens in all countries across all cultures, liberal and conservative, traditional and progressive, alike.
Most nine year olds are wondering why joey has a pee pee and julie doesn't. Now they gotta worry whether their parents will whack off their pee pee if they like pink. Rough growing up in the social engineering experiment being created by the left.

Let those countries brainwash their kids if thats what they want to do. This is the US. The big stink these loons have is what bathroom the new one gets to use. Gotta be fair and all. Wouldn't want to upset her and make her pee standing up and all. Not enough everybody makes fun of the poor kid. Now they blast it all over America. Well maybe they'll get on Oprah or Barbara Walters or better yet Good Morning America and everybody can feel sorry for the poor little tot. It's just not fair after all.

Agree, there are oddities and freaks of nature located in all parts of the globe.
Is it a liberal war IMO? No
Is it just another facet of a strange mental disease? Yes
