Apples to oranges since McCain's father was in the military at the time.

Being born to his American mother is irrelevant. Her birth to him did not make him a natural born citizen back in 1961, only a alleged citizen if born in Hawaii.

The "birther" nonsense that continues after this fact has been proven (many times over) is nothing more than:

1) An outward manifestation of the hatred that some have for a non-White POTUS
or
2) Just plan ole ignorance

In Minor vs. Happersett the court held natural born citizens are born in the US to citizen parents. This trumps your delusions and fantasies.

Again 90+ legal birther cases. How many have been won by Birthers?

If you think that the law is on the side of the birthers, wouln'dt you think they'd have won at least 1 if not all 90+?

apples to apples. So what?

Stanley was an American Citizen. What does the military have to do with it?

What about Spiro Agnew?

Sorry, SM. Herb Titus hasn't been "absolutely correct" about anything much since his emotional and mental breakdown during the last weekend of July 1975.

It was a sad denouement to what was until then a promising legal career.

A known birther lie. Minor V Happersett never defined natural born citizenship and the court expressly stated that they weren't going to address it.

According the State Department, his father's military service had exactly nothing to do with it.

Here we go again. DC's most persistent lie.

Does not change the fact that John McCain was ACTUALLY born in Panama in the Canal Zone.

The only difference is that had John McCain been elected in 2008, those who didn't happen to vote for him would not have created the "Coffee Party" and started trying to prove that he was not a citizen like the racist birthers idiots. The hypocrisy of these so called "Christians" is stifling. And they will have to answer for their wrongful deeds one day.
