I don't know of any official count but obviously the states are convinced Obama is not eligible and the people of these states are supporting the investigations. Obama has zero chance of winning in November if he is on the ballot.
I'll say this again. Why on Earth does it matter if he's on the ballot in GA & AL??
You could take the Dem. slot for state/national races completely off the ballot in Alabama and no one would notice.
The outcome with be red, either way.
Because this would be an unprecedented event in US Presidential elections. If Obama does not come forward with legitimate documentation proving his citizenship, and I'm not talking about that proven fake pdf, then the tide will turn on Obama and the world will know he is a fake. He also need to explain why he is using a fraudulent social security number.

no state has officially challenged his citizenship. there have been complaints filed by citizens and hearings held. as of today the record is 0-3 on those hearings.

You do not appear to know what "obviously" means. You also do not appear to know what a "state" is. No "state" has initiated a challenge. The ballot challenges are merely the latest Birther tactic in their almost four year quest to win the Guinness Book of World Records citation for universe's worst losers. The Birther pattern is this:
A. Come up with a new tactic for failing.
B. Fail until exhaustion.
C. Rinse and repeat.

Yeah... Birthers have been saying the same thing for more than three years. And this is ignoring that he proved his citizenship on June 12, 2008.

What fraudulent social security number?
He's been using the same number for more than 30 years. He has filed his income and payroll taxes with it every year during that time.
Both the IRS and the SSA are completely satisfied that it is authentic and it is his.

Sorry but no "state" is supporting this nor are their citizens. Its only a few nutcases who are challenging it in court. Don't you think the GOP would be supporting your cause if they felt there was even a tiny bit of truth in it?
