People in New Hampshire still have to live under U.S. federal laws so unless Ron Paul becomes president and congress goes libertarian I don't think it's worth it.
Why won't they move to the Amazon Rain Forest or Sub Saharan Africa if they don't want big government? There, you can be free and do whatever you want.

With the exception of a slowdown in new construction , there is no recession here , 5.6 unemployment rate.
highest per capita income in the country
lowest crime rate
one of the lowest poverty rates
no sales tax
no state income tax.
no helmet laws
no seatbelt laws.
NH property taxes more than make up for the lack of an income tax especially if you do not make very much money. Property taxes apply to things you NEED like housing and transportation regardless of how much you make. NH is great for the high salary executives but a drag for mere workers. Fortunately we do tax income from dividends and interest over a base deductable.

Not a libertarian but: our US Constitution provides for central government with limited powers, not an all powerful central government.
Tons of Americans move to those countries. Heck, I plan on moving to Canada after I finish college.
