Are you advocating that those companies that actively support gays should be more cautious? Like the big box stores chains, e.g. Home Depot?

They have manditory pray to Jesus sessions for all employees and anyone who doesn't want to pray gets fired. These bigoted bastards need to get sued out of existence for their flagrant law breaking.
Nonsense. An employee's charges don't mean it's all true. Anyone can sue anybody for anything. Doesn't mean they will win. Instead of getting all worked up about it, give us the result of that lawsuit. Otherwise, your words can be seen as slandering this establishment. Best be careful.

It would literally kill most of these traditional heterosexual couples if things were switched around. Gays have been dealing with such intolerance as far back as anyone can remember. But heteros? They wouldn't be able to take it. They'd literally cry their hearts out...

And then we'd really see who was more sensitive than whom

Why is it ever legit for a city to stop a porn shop / strip club business from opening? Shouldn't that be between the land owner, business owner, and the free market?

We get it, you're butthurt. Don't spend your money there. Problem solved.
The same reason McDonald's sucks but gets tons of sales. Americans just aren't known for their discerning palates. BTW I don't eat at Chick-fil-A and I will continue advocating that other people not eat at Chick-fil-A even if you don't like it.

In any event I think pointing out that a fast food company blatantly discriminates against employees on the basis of religion, in violation of Federal law, is a news worthy and on topic thing to post in this thread. I get it, you're but hurt that your favorite bigot group is getting bad press, but it's still all true and it is still all a criminal act under US law.

It's "ligit" in most parts of the country because people don't like living where there are no zoning laws.

Ready to explain to us why anyone should support discrimination of homosexuals? Let's see how many facts you can bring to the table as evidence that you are right

Next up, Suck-Fill-A fires a woman who the manager agrees was a great employee simply because she wasn't married but had a child. Chick-fil-A said she was fired because "she needs to be home with her child". Got that ladies? If you're a single mom then Chick-fil-A really doesn't like you and will fire you simply because you are a single mom.

Chick-fil-A is one of the worst companies ever. They just keep breaking the law over and over again.

Didn't Obama have the same position as Mr. Cathy 6 months ago? Did Menino send Oblama a nasty letter?

How about a hall of gluttony (fast food restaurant) - is it legit for a city to block one of those from opening if it wants?
