Following our post this morning about North Carolina Wendy's franchisee Jim Furmen's signs aligning his business with Chick-fil-A, we received tweets from Wendy's that it was looking into the matter.
Wendy's now tells us: "An independent franchisee posted the sign, which he’s taken down. We proudly serve ALL customers!"
I think Chick-Fil-A serves all customers also. That's a very "chicken"-hearted response there from Wendy's.
UPDATE: Actually the store manager owns 86 stores and started putting up the signs at all of the stores. Wonder what Dave Thomas would do?
He did nothing wrong. He was not mean to her at all. The owner wants to make political statements then this is to be expected. Thats the problem with conservatives they always think everyone has the same opinion as them
Actually I like how he closes on Sunday for the employees and their families. I wonder how long that will stay after someone like mitt buys them out after he goes on to heaven?
Really..he did nothing wrong ? That coward decided to take out his anger at a worker ?
For all we know she might have been pro-gay in HER political opinion.
One must understand and know the difference between the Old Testament Law of God...and the Current New Testament Commandments of God. God's Grace came in with the New Testament dispensation.
The poster was pointing out Leviticus. Those other "sins" are in leviticus too.

Let them keep it up. They just keep digging that hole deeper and deeper.
No. It's not for public consumption. That's the point.
What they do in the privacy of their home is their business, when it's in a public place like a restaurant, orchestrated for media impact it's everyone's business.
Intimate behavior is not necessarily sexual behavior.
Heterosexuals kissing in a restaurant is normal. Lesbians doing it is abnormal.
Double standard?
There is no right to not be offended. Close your eyes if it bothers you so much.
'Gabriel Aguiniga, a gay employee at a Chick-fil-A in Colorado, also said the hardest part hasn't been hearing Cathy's comments. Instead, "[it's] constantly having people come up to you and say, 'I support your company, because your company hates the gays,'" Aguiniga, 18, wrote in an email. "It really takes a toll on me."'
It has been my experience that people who hate gays also hate other groups.
Interesting to read about how many Chick-fil-A employees are looking for other work. It won't be long before the only people who work at Chick-fil-A are those who are anti-gay. The same goes for their customers.
The "kiss-in" isn't exactly going to be a Norman Rockwell moment and will succeed in being yet another inane antic reflecting poorly on the homosexual.
