Social standards will change.

Gender neutral issues will come up also.

Our society doesn't need anything more coming from homosexuals to rock the boat.

We've got enough on our plates to contend with now stemming from them being "out and in our faces".

All because one man, has an opinion that gays don't like. He's a hateful homophobe, the company is homophobic.

And gays don't see this as a problem, they see nothing wrong with it at all.

Well I hope he lost his job by the way he treated the helpless employee and not for saying what he thinks about gay marriage. It was a pretty bad, cowardly way to do it. There were many other ways to get his message across.

No one likes someone to bash employees instead of the boss when they get mad at a company. We have all seen people go off on an innocent person when they are to afraid to call out the manager.

Takeing it out on a young girl and not talking to a man who is around his own age and can talk back. That is being an idiot and makes you wonder why you have him working for your company.

The young lady deserves a raise. She handled that very professionally.

On the other hand. Did the guy say he was there for his company? What happened to free speech that so many are going on about?

He was a complete posterior end of a donkey, but unless he linked his rant with his business, it was free speech.

Congratulations to Vante. Another company for the haters in the gay community to boycott.

Do you have a crystal ball? You seem to know the future. I could use next weeks winning lotto numbers.

What he did was NOT an example of exercising your free speech.
That was more like a verbal assault on an innocent worker.

This post makes no sense. In the meantime, what laws are homosexuals not abiding by?
