No, when I boycott a business, all it means is that I refuse to give that business my patronage. Nothing more, nothing less.

I fully support anyone who wants to continue giving CFA their patronage, as its their right. I just refuse to give money to a business that has been shown to give money to groups that actively seek to discriminate against homosexuals. I support the owner's right to personal religion, I support his right to not support homosexual marriage. I do not support him giving money to FRC and Exodus.

It's HIS MONEY and he has the RIGHT to donate to whatever causes he chooses. That's also called Freedom of Expression.

I see no failed effort here.

We never wanted to stop anyone who wanted to go to CFA from going.

Therefore, this idotic belief that the boycott "failed" due to wednsday's surge in business is just that: Idiotic.
So what was the objective?
Increase CFA's business?

You're absolutely right.

Just like it's my money and my right not to spend it at a place where I know the money is going to go towards groups that actively seek to discriminate against me just because I like both hot dogs and tacos.

Freedom of expression and all. Two way street. People cry 'BAWW FREEDOM OF SPEECH" and "BAWW FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION" while actively denigrating people for excersizing both in the form of a boycott.

The objective is simple:

Me and my family never eating at CFA again, while supporting those who still choose to do so.
