Not many, since all the things you talk about were at their apex in the 1980s when Saddam was, relatively speaking, a U.S. client. By 2003 most of the death and misery in Iraq was caused by UN sanctions.
Everyone, even Saddam's own senior officers, still believed that Saddam had WMD right up to the invasion. This was confirmed by interrogation of captured officers after the invasion. And did you read the news stories when Saddam was killed. He also confirmed that he pursued a strategy of 'deterrence by doubt, to try to make people, mainly the Iranians, believe that he still had WMD.
A lot of people, including me and most of the world, opposed the invasion whether he had WMD or not. That we now know he did not is icing on the cake.
You mean having bombs lobbed at your country isn't aggressive?
Eh...no. By definition, having bombs lobbed at your country is not aggressive.
To answer what I assume you meant--Israel has always tried to kill a fly with a cannon, but even so, if it hadn't been for their presumption and imperialism in the 1940s, there would be no Arab-Israeli conflict to argue about.
