Not many, since all the things you talk about were at their apex in the 1980s when Saddam was, relatively speaking, a U.S. client. By 2003 most of the death and misery in Iraq was caused by UN sanctions.

A lot of people, including me and most of the world, opposed the invasion whether he had WMD or not. That we now know he did not is icing on the cake.

Those attacks 1948 through 1967 were terrorist attacks launched against Israel... in other words they were attacks.

Know your history.

Every one of them was an Israeli invasion of another country. I've been studying the ME for about 25 years, thanks.

Obviously you have not been studying it because Israel was attacked most of the time in those conflicts

Not in any way as to warrant an invasion. And Israel is the aggressor of the region to begin with.

You mean having bombs lobbed at your country isn't aggressive?

Eh...no. By definition, having bombs lobbed at your country is not aggressive.

To answer what I assume you meant--Israel has always tried to kill a fly with a cannon, but even so, if it hadn't been for their presumption and imperialism in the 1940s, there would be no Arab-Israeli conflict to argue about.
