Right wing conservative here.

What did we accomplish? Little.

I really think that it was good to have Hussein in power as a foil against the Iranians. They were natural enemies and one could play them off one another.

Unfortunately, due the Clinton administration's political blunder and tactic approval of the invasion of Kuwait, this whole plot unfolded. In order to maintain Middle East oil supply, we were obligated to remove the Iraq from Kuwait. HOWEVER, after that, I think that Bush II basically saw it as redemption for his father to finish the job. Strategically, we did little or nothing.

We cannot cure the ills of the world and it is best to play one enemy off another without sacrificing US troops. Not a big George Bush fan- he was a big liberal and only a conservative by label. His policies, like Obama's, have served to put our nation into debt and economic peril. Liberalism, and its practice regardless of party, is a disease and operates to erode the stability and confidence of the government. Bush was a liberal and dug the nation into a hole. Obama is an extreme liberal and dug the nation into a canyon.

Eject the liberals and restore fiscal sanity to the government. If not, replace the government.

What was accomplished? We learned that Bush and Cheney were complete idiots who had no idea how to run a war. We learned that many Americans have no problem with having its troops killed or maimed overseas in the name of WMD that were never found against a leader that was never a threat to our country or freedoms.

$800B war vs. $5 Trillion in additional debt under Barack Obama.

It doesn't take a calculator to see who's more dangerous to the United States of America.

We accomplished nothing but killing untold numbers of our own troops, spending zillions of dollars, and wrecking families in two countries.

Blood is on the hands of Bush and Obama here folks. Nobody gets a pass.
