The beauty of the T-party is that the majority of its members do not belong to the 'T-party" as much as they used the 'T-party' as a reference point to express their perspective. The T-party is an iteration of the 'silent majority' that exists without representation and is so often sidelined by a few screaming activists such as labor union elite, teacher unions and wall st pros bouyed by the imaginary rants of the news media propaganda machine.
So if you think the T-party is in a tailspin you are imeasuralby ill informed.
The T-party is not an entity, it is a dominant idea who seeks to find some one to represent them and articulate their wishes.
I know I broke the rule of never correcting an opponent when he is making a mistake, however, when an opponent is toast it doesn't much matter what they know.
The "silent majority" is not made up of far right nutjobs (or far left nutjobs) They're actually pragmatic and fairly moderate.

I'd telll you not to be so delusional, but I find these posts really funny. with such low poll numbers, you actually expect to get all three branches (as if you can "win" the judiciary branch in one election)? Really?! That's rich.

At the federal level, you can't "win" the Judiciary in ANY election because Federal Judges are appointed, with the consent of Congress. They are NOT elected.
"Doing something" about those so called "activist" judges would require a Constitutional amendment changing how they come into office. Since the federal judiciary was deliberately crafted to be separate and apart from the political process to preserve their independence and integrity, and most of us recognize the value of it, good luck with changing that.
it also can be the liberal left and the conservative right. as they have both been known to go after their own when something happens that they dont like. no different in this case.

My anthemic punk rock anthem perfectly describes this situation. The conservative neo-cons took over and ruined the tea party that was mostly a paleo-conservative liberterian movement.

Good way of putting it
