Not an isolated incident, sorry, and you know it, where Muslims are concern, many incidents such as this exist, it is their culture and what they know, you nor me will ever change them. Some, but the majority will never change.

And they surely because of you will not change their abuse of their women!
Sounds like Utah/portions of the South.

I am french and I haven't heard of this story, hardly a signifiant new in France.

I also find funny to see that people imagine that France was an homogeneous country without immigration before the arrival of the north african immigration.

The white population of France also come from various immigration waves.
Million of italian, german, polish, spanish... immigrated in France in the 19th and 20th centuries.
That's why I find ridiculous the idea that white french people are more "native" or "french" than an arabic french.

If the procedure were not explained to him, maybe there wasn't a translator around, so she should just be allowed to suffer through it alone, and unaided because her husband is crazy?

I think not.

The Hindus in India are very peaceful people, very tolerant.
It is not without provocation that they are sometimes suspicious of Islam. Surely you have heard of the intolerance Islam often has for other religions when Islam becomes the religion of the majority? Look at the attempts to shut down Christians in Dearborn, Mich. They don't take kindly to criticism. We have people burning bibles and flags in this country and we end up chalking it up to freedom of religion. How many would feel such freedom in burning the Koran?

Not that any of us should do such things, but we all should EXPECT to have the freedom to do so. Religious freedom should never trump the laws of the state.

Do our female soldiers get to walk on the streets in a Muslim country the way they do here?

How about Muslims respecting another country?

Screw them and the camels they rode in on....
Muslims have been a problem in Western countries. Because of their insisting on disregarding the law of the land, many countries now insist that prospective citizens sign a loyalty oath the laws of that country, over the laws of their religion.

I know Australia and Holland are two, I forgot the rest.

This is not racism on the part of the West. It is treating people fairly and equally under the law.

Google
I guess the OP believes this is a rare occurrence. I work in a hospital. It's not unusual for patients, visitors, and family members to get belligerent and physical with the staff. It's called a Code Gray.
