Nothing's gonna happen. For every 10 people who are umbrageous here at having lost their civil liberties, there are 100 Internet-illiterate, Faux-news watching sheeple outside, who are embracing NDAA with open arms for protecting "free" and "prosperous" USA against "Islamo-fascisto-nazis". These sheeple are the ones who vote en masse and decide elections.

Tough luck, suckers!

Bah..you were pissed they passed TARP yet you voted them back into office one month later.
Nothing will happen. In a week you'll all forget about this and move on to the next big "fire".

They know this.

We're on a Ship of Fools named the Titanic and they just turned the music up louder to drown out the crackling sounds of the iceberg.

BS if George Bush had signed this after it was passed by a Republican controlled senate your ilk would have wanted his head on a stick.

I will be happy to oblige them... but it needs everyone else to do the same.

Do we even have a Constitution and Bill of Rights any more? This and the Patriot Act go hand in hand.

Politicians... want to keep your job?

up and coming politicians want an easy platform?

I know how we can correct this law. Since CDO's are considered WMD's “financial weapons of mass destruction" Now that the new NDAA bill has become the law of the land, can we just arrest, torture & kill all the Wallstreet Bankers & government officials we believe are guilty without proof or trial? I bet if we did this enough one of 2 things would happen. These people would either hand over their plunder or they would get rid of that stupid law & give us our rights back.

Any of you guys in the FBI or law enforcement. Maybe we should just form a posse & round them up.

Just curious... why isn't this being covered by the media?
There's always a ton of Obama supporters defending every action he does --- where are they?

I don't play "sides" with this politics thing, but IMO.. this has to be one of the worst things a president has ever done. I don't understand how we are letting him get away with it, yet, Bush and Clinton got bashed for ANYTHING they did.

I hear you. The only people I see bashing Obama are on Internet forums & You-Tube.

This Young Turks Dude is sometimes on MSNBC. He does a decent job of explaining some of it.
