If you take a look at the website (as has been mentioned so you must have refused to do so0, you only see one man associated with it, and it happens to be someone heavily involved in GOP politics in the state of Connecticut including the Chief of Staff of former Governor and felon John Rowland.
Cuomo in what he has accomplished this yer and his through the sky approval ratings should have easily won the award.
