Muslim clerics have boycotted Mayor Bloomberg's New York interfaith breakfast because they say New York City police have targeted their community for surveillance.
Well, I should hope the police would be doing this.

'According to AP, undercover officers gathered information through chatting with shop owners and patrons and playing on cricket teams, as part of a surveillance programme designed by a CIA office.'
It was to the resentment of many New Yorkers that Mayor Bloomberg backed the freedom of Muslims to create their mosque near ground zero recently.
