There was no sneaky little attempt.

It was published, right there, for all to see. That isn't sneaky.

Their response was to remove something in order to avoid further controversy. The Girl Scouts aren't defending Media Matters because they haven't any reason to do so. They don't want to be drawn into a political conflict because some conservative boobs are willing to be confrontational about ANYTHING that doesn't agree with their worldview.

THE FACTS are that Media Matters reports FACTS. And some whiny conservatives who don't like FACTS whine and complain that Media Matters isn't fair. The FACTS are fair. Like it or not.

Isn't Media Matters mainly composed of audio and video links? How can anyone have a problem with that?

Are your children forced to join the GS?

How is this thread related to Clinton? OP topic is spsd to be media sources and who the Girl Scouts choose to use.

Which in todays economy is as relevant as the price of tea in China.

It's not a LIE. It's how "surplus" is being defined, which is changeable depending on what you are measuring. By certain measures, Clinton did enjoy a surplus. By other measures, he did not.

And Media Matters explains that, in a FACTUAL way.

Oh, its relevant alright. Unless you choose to look no further than the end of your nose, its pretty important to know how previously traditional, trusted influential groups like the Girl Scouts have changed and are using that trusted reputation to indoctrinate our children into the next generation of uber liberal/progressive voters.

Girl Scouts is a voluntary group. If the parents dont like it, they can take their daughter to 4-H or other groups. Its called freedom. Hardly an example of indoctrination.

"uber liberal"???...lol...GS teaches girls to sew and pledge allegiance with ceremonies, etc. Now i have heard it all. Bake-sales are now liberal. lmao.
