Although Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi whine about FISA and wiretapping are they just handing the election to the Republicans since they are going to have to make a decision whether to push NOT to reauthorize FISA right before the primaries?
The Washington Post also reported Reid and Pelosi plan to push legislation to restore habeas corpus rights for terrorism suspects.
Are they out of their minds with the timing and if you were a Republican (who is not Ron Paul) candidate would you be absolutely crazy not to make both issues, election issues?
Boy, I didn't think the Republicans had a chance in 2008 but I'm starting to feel a whole lot better now.
