I would keep humanitarian funding. But the military industrial complex would be shut down.
I also would have a big music concert involving every artist that wanted to perform. The performers would get 30%. The USA would get the rest and the money would go to pay the deficit among other things.
Getting back to drugs I would legalize Marijuana and have it available in CVS and Rite Aids across the land. Other drugs would be decriminalized. I would encourage states to discourage people from using hard drugs and for law enforcement to confiscate drugs but not arrest people for possession. They would be offered rehabilitation. If refused the person would be let go.
I also would ask Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Kentucky to drop their commonwealth status and become true States.
I would recognize Gay Marriage. I would then kindly ask Gay rights people to stop having their silly parades because under my administration you have equal rights and there is just no need to parade down city streets with a 20 ft phallic balloon anymore. I would still criticize trans genders and tell them they are wacked and to stay out of my hair!
1. withdraw troops from all countries but keep military strong and ready to strike if necessary.
2. Pull out of the United Nations.
3. Cut all funding off to every single country including Israel.
4. take away tax exempt status from Church Of Scientology and Mormons
5. All money saved from overseas military occupation and funding other Nations will be invested back into Education and Health Care. Anybody that wishes to attend a community college will be able to for free.
6. States can choose what they want to do about drugs.
7. dispatch troops to problem areas to assist city police in problem areas like the Bronx, North Philly, East St Louis ect
I'd vote for you although 7 would be illegal and probably unconstitutional and would set up dangerous precedents.
