A poster forgot to add commentary when he/she posted this video. Another poster decided to report it, citing "forum rules against posting without supporting thoughts", so I'm going to repost it here and offer supporting thoughts.

Its very sad, and the leaders of the free world are silent regarding this and the abuses of women and children in Afganistan. Of course there is talk about reducing troops and ending Nato military mission there but it seems human rights is an forgotten topic for them.

Men treat the women, or let me rephrase, they don't treat the women at all, they belittle them, and act is if they have no say. Once out here in this Country, they will talk and tell you but it is not easy.
The women in these Countries, do not have a easy life at all. And at 12 what the hell are these guys thinking. Ok come on now, but a 12 yr old girl, is that sex, love or rape.

12 was the minimum marriage age in many U.S. states just a few generations ago.
The problem here is not about age, but about cultural acceptance of cruelty and brutality.
