Why don't we charge Iraq and Afghanistan for liberation them and providing them security? I say we should not only charge them our military expenses we have paid over the last decade we should charge them twice our military expenses since nobody does a service at cost. Since they dont have the money we should take payment in Oil, We can drill it our selves and charge them for that expense too. Also the oil we drill we will be taking at pre 2001 prices since it was the war that drove the prices up.
Also i forget to ad. We can offer this service to other middle east country's two. We can liberate Iran and take oil as payment at a profit for the service.
That would fall far short of the $15 trillion we have spent.
It would be a start. Also since the rest of the western world benefits from the security provided by the Untied States we should charge all those country's a security tax.
Take the oil? How? America doesn't even have a national oil company. Assuming you could even get the fields up and running long enough between suicide attacks to pump the oil out, it would then be handed off to multinational oil conglomerates, and probably at a high surcharge. Your plan would mainly serve to enrich executives in Rotterdam and London.
