It's not a liberal or conservative thing, it's a victim mentality.
I've come across liberals, conservatives, Whites, Blacks, women, men, etc.. who whine and complain about how they don't have what they want out of life because of some other person. This doesn't just apply to jobs but to life in general.
Whining and blaming others for your lot in life will not help you achieve your dreams.
Some things don't have to be said. The implications were more than enough to figure it out.

Imagine how white unemployment would be without white priveledge, the old boys network, legacy admissions, racism in corporate America, red lining, the G.I. Bill when first introduced.
