No, we are not. Our government is doing this. They are printing our dollar by the trillions, as if they were mere gameboard bucks. They will not stop and are "giving the finger" to the Tea Partiers that are demanding that they stop.

Yeah, the majority of Tea Party Members are BOOMERS, and this is in reality a Non-Partisan Group that carries large signs that say

"Two Parties
Same Results"

I agree with you, but I also agree to an extent with OP.

It's just a big problem.

Why? Because they have a strong work ethic unlike the "younger generation"

With youth comes ignorance.... with age comes knowledge.
You know what;s funny?

At my company most of the boomers seem to be the lazy ones just coasting. Last ones in. First ones out. I understand. They're old and tired. They deserve to relax a little. ...somewhere else.
On the other hand, us young folks work 12-14 hr days no problem.

Same goes at my friends large international factoring firm. And my other friend's F500 actuarial firm.

Like I stated. Don't give us this bull**** productivity line. Later generations are far more productive. We work in a more cut throat corporate world. We're not guaranteed anything. One day there. Next day gone. It is what it is. I'm not complaining.

MTV's real world is about as real as wrestling.

So we have party warfare, class warfare, racial warfare, religious warfare and you'd like to add generational warfare to the mix ?

By the end of this it will be every man for himself..a team of one.

They have tried to pass on their knowledge and experience but the "younger generation" refuses to listen, they want the $$$$ without doing any labor...

Did you come from a seed blown in the wind and grow up in a field or forest or were you born in a hospital, grow up in a house and get educated in a school/college?

You would have had none of that if the boomer generation was as selfish and egocentric as the "younger generation"

The teenagers of today scare me, but so do the issues created by the Boomers' coming retirement and endless debt that the Boomers and older generations have gotten us into.

So you form an opinion on an entire generation based on what you encounter daily at McDonalds... Cute...

Don't watch MTV, whats so special about it?

I found the young folks entering the corporate world to be quite the opposite. I was the one telling them "Yes you need to work this weekend because we're behind on the project". Two of them went whining to the manager that I was being "mean"...ROFL. They had a rude awakening..this is not school but real life and real life has deadlines.
