He was one of the shooters on the grassy knoll in Dallas that fateful November day and the "Barack Hussein Obama" along with the fake birth certificate and Social Security number are just part of the new identity and cover story created for him by the CIA.

The computer generated birth certificate needs to be presented to the Georgia judge. Who will place themselves in possible legal peril?
Minor's citizenship was never even an issue before the court. It was conceded in the very first sentence of the decision, and was conceded by both sides at every judicial level as the case wound its way to SCOTUS. It was never challenged, it was never argued, it was never even briefed.
And ultimately, it even proved completely irrelevant to the decision. It didn't mater whether or not Minor was a citizen. She didn't have the right to vote regardless.
The "definition" offered is therefore merely dicta. But it also is not exclusive... as proven by its citation in later cases. The Birther beloved passage from Minor has always and only been cited by later courts specifically to prove the opposite of the Birther claim; i.e. to prove that they were not offering an exclusive definition and had explicitly refused to settle the status of children of aliens born on US soil.
Wong Kim Ark finally settled that issue about a quarter century later.

SCOTUS stated it wasn't necessary in this case to resolve doubts as to whether one qualified as a citizen "without reference to the citizenship of their parents."
That would rather patently include natural born citizenship as well.

Oh for christ sake, you quote the Congressional Record excluding the citation of the speaker and in furtherance of pretending that the cited quotation was the unanimous voice of the House and the Senate who in some respect were all "framers" of the 14th Amendment.
If I were as duplicitous as you I would cite "Volume 36 of the Congressional Globe, pages 2891" Where Senator John Conness of California makes clear in his response to Senator Edgar Cowan's objections to the amendment, that all children regardless of the status of the parents are citizens at birth.
The proposition before us, I will say, Mr. President relates simply in that respect to the children begotten of Chinese parents in California, and it is proposed to declare that they shall be citizens. We have declared that by law; now it is proposed to incorporate the same provision in the fundamental instrument of the nation. I am in favor of doing so.
