Suppose that you were drugged, had your current genitalia removed, and replaced with the genitalia of the opposite sex. Would you accept yourself as a member of the opposite sex, or would you be in turmoil?
I know that as a guy that if somebody did this to me, I wouldn't cease being a man in my mind. I would be furious and try to get it changed back.
I am somewhere in the gray area so I don't know which is more uncomfortable for me. I think I'm used to being biologically female by now, but I totally understand and don't think it's fair at all to force a sex change on someone. They do this in Iran for real.

I would be madder than hell unless they found a way to cover my head with hair since it would take a pretty full wig to do that.
Actually, I don't think medical science has progressed that far yet. Not enough to do a really clean job and my voice won't change just because someone cuts off my cohones.
Look up intersexed, individuals with ambiguous genital are often mislabeled and are "altered" at birth only to not feel correct in that gender growing up.
I guess you can see it from their perspective, someone mistook what was in their head based on their appearance.
If I were forced to have a sex change and were in fact changed 100% into a woman, not just winding up as a mutilated freak of nature like the current TG's are I wouldn't mind.

I enjoy the female anatomy so much that I would spend most of my time playing with myself.
I would definitely stay a man in dress and actions.
