Crime rates are directly related to high school graduation rates. You want to stop crime, increase funding for schools to graduate more children, help those who are struggling, and keep them interested in the education process. If they don't have a reason to get into crime in the first place, the problem is solved and you have the added bonus of adding another life long tax payer to the system!

As with most things you say, that makes absolutely no sense.

Newark?
Yeah the prudential center that broughts thousands of people to the town was terrible. What were they thinking when they knocked down all those high rise projects full of poor people? What were they thinking when they made a deal with panasonic to come to the city?
What were they thinking when they came up with the plans for tearing down the low rise crime hole know as Baxter Terrace and replacing it with mixed income housing? What is wrong with these people?!?!

Camden will be ghetto forever. Not even the almighty Republicans who apparently have the letter "S" on their chest can fix that.
