Just because someone is Iranian doesn't mean they automatically are a terrorist, against the U.S. or whatever else dumb people assume about arabs. A person that needs help is just that: a person that needs help. If you see someone drowning, you don't ask them what their political ideology is before you save them.
umm Iran is Persian and the Saudis and UAE are Arab nations and they historically do not like each other is the easy way of putting it.
Does anyone notice that Iran sure has alot of fishing vessels in the off the shores of Somalia literally the most poor of the poor 3RD World Countries..Ask yourself what is the main reason former Somalian fisherman have turned to piracy and the awnser is other countries afre coming into their tradional fishing grounds and overfishing it and they are starving to death..
Ok ask yourself your a fisherman and modren fishing vessels are taking your only sorce of food and your income while your kids strave to death...you have a rickshaew asnd a few fellow fisherman who are in the same situation abd you say... Hey, this is BS lets go get this fishing vessels that are the cause of the problem and go and grab the Ak-47 and load up your old fishing ric kshaw and set ouyt to get the SOB's over fishing your waters and you go and capture the ship and hold them captive because amybe a ranson might be in order..
Now guess what country seems to have a awful lot of captured fisherman on massive modren fiishing trawlers by poor Somalian fisherman in rickshaws..You guess it IRAN to make it evemn more clear how could a dirt poor fisherman Hijack a Saudi Arabia owned and operated Super Tanker that was headed out of the gulf in international shipping lanes? and what benfit would the pirates get?
while first of Soamlia has not way to offload the oil so that is out second a Saudi Arabian Oil Tanker is captured and who is their number 1 enemy and also fellow oil expoter in the region well that is you gussed it Iran.
Now ask your self where was thew oil headed as it turn out it was to China..now who does it hurt the cash flow when China is buying from the Saudi's..IRAN..How would Iran react to this well the have the modren diesel-electric subs and navy frigates and if there happedn to be problems getting Saudi oil then Chimna would come to them and buy theirs heck even the price of oil goes up so Iran can make a killin ijn profits to funa a nuclear program off the sales to China and Russia.
But what countries got pissed and are still patroling the coast while of Course the US/NATO and the West but Also China and Russia are part of this mission to ensure that the Gulf stable to keep world trade going and the cost of crude from go up in this bad economy which also has the best interest of Russia and China..
Fact is Russia and China agree with the westren view that international shipping lanes must Remain open and that super high crude prices in this economy are bad for all of us and have no benifit to anyone and go so far as to even help patrol the area with us in what is the first time China has ever sent a warship into the Gulf just so happens to be with us and Russia on this Mission..
Fact is Iran is the root of all the problesm in the region why else do you think that this fisher man caputred don't get rescued by the NATO navy but not only that the Chinese and Russian navy avoid helping them cause we all know that these pirates are doing what everone else would and that Iran is the cause of this and that is why they do not sent their subs and frigates to rescure their own people..
They only reason we are using a Carrier Battle group to rescue this Iranian fisherman is because it makes Iran look bad but the fact Remains..That if Iran did not act out we would just cruise on by and So would Russia and China and Iran cares more about hollowing out a Mountian to pursue a nuclear enrichmant program and sending the navy to saber rattle but not help their own people shows their govroment could careless about their own people..
Pretty sad when the Country Iranian Govronment is out to destroy and calls us the evil westren nation that is out to destroy Iran..we can't be this very evil country they are out to destroy by building nuclear weapons if we do more then Govronemt of Iran has ever done to save their own people

The Iranian foreign minister, Ali Akbar Salehi, was quoted by Press TV, an Iranian satellite channel, as saying that the Stennis-led rescue operation was fairly routine and would not reduce the tensions between the nations.
The Fars News Agency, which has close ties to the powerful Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps, suggested that the rescue had been staged.
Fars reported that video of the rescue released by the United States was “like a Hollywood film with a fixed location and specific actors,” which “shows the Americans were looking at using it for propaganda advantage.”
They are holding an Iranian-American military veteran now they said he will be executed for spying why don't we hold these fisherman till they release this guy and if they execute him just kick these guys off the USS Stennis like Osama ?
